The core problem

Athena® was operating with limited performance marketing infrastructure and needed to rapidly acquire new capabilities to scale their agriculture technology business. They required a comprehensive external marketing arm that could function as an integrated extension of their core team, with expertise spanning multiple channels, international markets, and both B2B and B2C customer segments. Without this infrastructure, they were missing opportunities for systematic lead generation and revenue growth across their product portfolio.
